A Brief Note on Nanjanagud Town
Nanjangud ULB (Town Municipal Council) was started in the year 1908.The ULB consists of 27 wards with he Respective Number of Councilors. The Total Population of the Town is 48232 as per Census 2001.Nanjangud is a town in Mysore district in the Indian state of Karnataka. It is at a distance of 24 Km from the city of Mysore. And Bangalore to Nanjangud is around 163 Km.Nanjangud is also called as “Dakshina Kashi “. It is an Agricultural and Industrial based Town. ಪುರಸಭೆಯು 1990ರಿಂದ ಈ ದಿನಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಜನನ-ಮರಣ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗಣಕೀಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದು, ನಾಗರೀಕರು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲೇ ಜನನ-ಮರಣ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇವಾ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಕುಂದುಕೊರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿವಾರಣಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನು ತೆರೆದಿದ್ದು,ಸಾರ್ವನಿಕರಿಂದ ಬರುವ ದೂರುಗಳನ್ನು ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಷನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.ಮತ್ತು ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಕುಂದು ಕೊರತೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ದೂರವಾಣಿ ಮೂಲಕ ತಮ್ಮ ದೂರುಗಳನ್ನು ನೊಂದಾಯಿಸಬಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ದೂರುಗಳ ವಿವರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ದೂರವಾಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: 08221-226236. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
COMPUTARIZATION.
We are very happy to intimate the citizens of Nanjanagud town that we have computerizes the Birth and Death records from 1990 to till date under state Government KMRP computerization scheme, from now on wards citizens are requested to visit the citizen service centre at the office for registration and getting of Birth and Death certificates by paying service fee. Citizens are requested to make use of this facility. Public Grievances and Redressal Cell Opened and Complaints which received from publics are registering in Online. ಘನತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ವಸ್ತು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆ. ಪುರಸಭೆ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ವಾರ್ಡುಗಳ ಘನತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ವಸ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯನ್ನು ಪುರಸಭೆ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆ, ಬೀದಿಗುಡಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಗಾಣಿಕೆ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ.ಹಾಗೂ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ 23 ವಾರ್ಡುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮನೆ-ಮನೆ ಕಸ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂದಪಟ್ಟ ದೂರುಗಳಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯವಾಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: 08221-226101 ಕರೆಮಾಡಿ ದೂರು ನೊಂದಾಯಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡು ಪಟ್ಟಣವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಚ್ಚವಾಗಿಡಲು ಸಹಕರಿಸಿ. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT. Solid Waste Management is done by Town Municipal Council. It is of two package system comprising primary collection, street sweeping and transportation to landfill site. Door-to-Door collections are done in 23 Wards. Citizens have to pay user charges as per the MSW-rules for door-to-door collections.
